Upcoming Releases of Luxury Cars to hit the roads this 2011

Nothing makes you understand the true meaning of luxury and power like sliding into the driver's seat in one of this year's upcoming releases of luxury cars.

The last few years might have been bumpy for the automobile industry, but this 2011 anticipates a swift drive for the newly released luxury cars. Let’s take a look at the recently released luxury cars this 2011:

  • Audi recently announced the launch of the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI Quattro, the most recent addition to the highly successful luxury SUV in India. The German luxury car-maker said in a press release that deliveries to customers will begin this April.

The Audi Q5 range starts at INR 3,829,000 for the 2.0 TFSI and INR 4,419,000 for the 3.0 TDI (ex-showroom Mumbai) and will be offered in six exciting colors: Stratos Blue, Garnet Red, Ice Silver, Meteor Grey, Phantom Black and Ibis White.

  • Known to be an ultra-luxury supercar, Koenigsegg Agera was introduced as the latest model of Sweden’s Koenigsegg to the Indian market. It is a successor to the Koenigsegg CCX/CCXR and they even made a faster version called the Agera R and is said that this car could beat the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport’s record. The Agera which has the estinated price $2.1M USD will be the second most expensive car in India’s local market.

  • From their Vance Alabama factory, Mercedes is set to launch a new redesigned version of the M-Class SUV in the middle of 2011. Some of these cars has been spotted on test drives in the US and Germany.

Mercedes has not pinpointed this summer's launch date for the 2012 M-Class or released official information about the vehicle. Pricing for the 2011 model starts at about $47,000.  The redesign luxury SUV should have a contemporary, but somewhat safe, look.
